If you’ve ever stood in front of the mind-boggling expanse that is the paint section at your local hardware store, then you know that there is no such thing as white paint! There’s an entire family of white paint, starting with ” Cotton Balls, Dove White, Paper White, White Cloud” and the list goes on. Then there’s your choice of finish. This can leave even the savviest decorator feeling overwhelmed.
This is the same case with ” White Marble”. There are almost endless choices, new ones being brought to market weekly. So how can you decide what it right for your project.
1.) Consider the application. Not all marbles are the same. There are some that are suited better for a kitchen application, some that won’t hold up outside, and others perfect for bathrooms.
2.) PRICE. Whether we like it or not, sometimes it comes down to budget. Figure out how much you’d like to spend on the space, this helps narrow the field.
3.) Now that you know how much you’d like to spend, decide whether you’d like bold or soft veining, maybe none at all! Do you want warm colors or cool?
Keep these points in mind and you’ll be able to narrow your field of selection greatly.
